Brauclub Truttikon
Independent spirit, shared craft and characterful beer — brewed in small batches since 2013.

The story began in early 2013, when a group in Truttikon decided to make an alternative to the uniform beers lining shop shelves. After equipping their brewing room, they produced their first beer that March: a smooth Edel-Export.
Today, more than 40 members from many professions bring their skills to the club. Every brew is a collective effort — from developing the recipe and milling the malt to measuring hops, boiling the wort, fermentation, maturation and bottling.
“Traditional brewing, selected ingredients and modern technique — with room for new ideas.”
The beers follow the club’s own recipes and tastes. They are filled into reusable swing-top bottles, with the same care given to the labels as to the liquid inside. Each batch takes two to three months before the members can enjoy the reward: another distinctive beer with a character of its own.
That small-batch rhythm is precisely why Twent’s selection changes. Not every style is available every month, and that is part of its charm. Ask the bartender which Brauclub bottles are in the fridge tonight.
