Fresh wild oysters from the Wadden Sea, provided by Shuck ’n Roll and grown in a UNESCO-protected region. Pure and delicately balanced, they are shucked to order and served with the champagne of your choice. Slow food and fine bubbles. Limited seating — please reserve early.

Pata Negra Nights

50 grams of hand-carved Cinco Jotas — acorn-fed, 100% Ibérico, with an intense, silky flavour that lingers on the palate, never too salty, always full and round, with a firm bite. Each slice is carved to order and paired with a glass of Ribera del Duero. Reservation required by Friday, the day before the event. We order only what we serve. No reservation, no Pata Negra.

Champagne & Caviar Nights
CHF 152.50 per person
30 grams of Adamas Premium Oscietra caviar — one of Italy’s most celebrated caviars — creamy, with subtle nutty notes and a firm bite, paired with a glass of champagne selected to elevate every pearl to pure indulgence. Reservation required by Friday, the day before the event. We order only what we serve. No reservation, no caviar.

Burn a Brettle Nights
You heard right. Burn a Brettle. But don’t worry: we’re not burning any boards. We’re grilling. Indoors. As a team. Everyone has their own placemat, so there are no arguments. And one thing we can tell you right now: it’s going to be a BURNER! Reservation required by Friday, the day before the event. We order only what we serve. No reservation, no Burn a Brettle.
