Who is responsible

Reservations
When you request a table we store your name, email address, phone number, the date, time and party size, and any note you add. We use this only to handle your reservation: to confirm it by email, to add it to our internal booking calendar, and to reach you if something changes. We do not sell or share it for advertising.
Mailing list
If you subscribe, we store your email address to send occasional invitations to our events. You can ask us to remove you at any time by writing to contact@twents.ch.
How long we keep it
Reservation details are kept for as long as we need them for our bookkeeping and then deleted. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law you may ask us what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to contact@twents.ch and we will respond.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
